Booking policies
Your satisfaction is priority number one. If you are not happy with the results of your session, please let us know and we will do everything possible to resolve any issues you have. Any complaints should be addressed within 2 weeks of receiving your edited photographs.
When booking with Falconi Photo, an initial $50 retainer fee will be required to hold the date and time of the session. This retainer fee is part of the price of the photoshoot and is not in addition to the price. Retainer fees are not refundable. For whatever reason if the photographer needs to cancel the agreed session appointment, you will be given the option to either reschedule or receive a refund of your retainer. Payment of the retainer fee is the implication that you understand this policy.
Any additional fees during the photoshoot is at the discretion of the photographer. Services offered is for a single person unless otherwise noted. Special "party" prices can be calculated upon request. Falconi Photo reserves the rights to all photos taken as per copyright unless otherwise agreed upon.
